Access to the p444 Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. p444 employs mandatory CNIC-based age verification (KYC) for all registered accounts. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all Account Balances will be forfeited without recourse.
In addition to age requirements, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the p444 Platform:
p444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period specified by p444 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on p444. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. p444 may verify the information provided against third-party databases and official identity records. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. p444 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — available under Account Security Settings — to protect your Account. You must notify p444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. p444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
p444 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the Account liable to immediate termination.
p444 accepts deposits made via the following approved payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. p444 will not process deposits from third-party payment sources. p444 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment documentation if the source of funds cannot be verified. Deposited funds are not held in interest-bearing accounts, and p444 is under no obligation to pay interest on Account Balances.
p444 does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions. Standard banking charges imposed by HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are the responsibility of the User. p444 credits deposits to Accounts in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallet transactions.
Withdrawal of any funds from a p444 Account requires completion of KYC identity verification. Users must submit a clear photographic copy of both sides of their CNIC through the p444 verification portal. KYC documentation is reviewed within 2–4 business hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC are subject to withdrawal limits until verification is confirmed.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–24 hours depending on interbank clearing times. p444 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PST.

The outcome of any game is not influenced by p444 staff or systems beyond the published house edge. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent mathematical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
Sports betting markets are governed by p444's Sports Betting Rules, available within the Platform. Where a conflict arises between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail. p444 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been affected by irregular activity, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was determined.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error, or connectivity failure during an active game or live betting session, p444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes refunded. Winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction are not payable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p444's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions affecting Platform availability.
p444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. p444 makes no representation as to the legality of gambling under the laws of any specific jurisdiction, and it is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of p444 is lawful in their country of residence.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted to p444 is governed by the p444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
p444 collects personal data — including name, CNIC number, mobile number, and payment information — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations, and responsible gaming enforcement. p444 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Users must contact p444 Customer Support to attempt informal resolution. p444 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt and to reach a resolution within 30 business days where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in this clause prevents p444 from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including in connection with unauthorised access to Platform systems or intellectual property infringement.
